As you sip the cacao, you’ll be guided by Ru-tee through a journey that might include:
- Meditation & Chanting: Engage in deep inner reflection and connect with your heart space.
- Drumming & Movement: Allow your body to move and release stored energy in spontaneous expression—expect to shimmy, shake, or even growl!
- Intention Sharing: Set personal intentions with the group, creating a powerful collective energy for growth and healing.
Each group session is designed to help you break free from old patterns and connect deeply with yourself and the natural world, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more aligned with your true essence.
Before the session the space is fully cleansed and prepared for the session and everyone that joins is smudged

- Ceremonial Cacao: You will drink the ceremonial cacao, allowing it to open your heart and activate deep healing within your being.
- Guided Meditation & Healing: I will guide you through a meditative journey, utilizing sound healing and other powerful modalities to enhance your experience and allow for deep emotional and spiritual shifts.
- One-on-One Connection: You’ll receive personalized guidance throughout the session to address any specific emotions or areas of your life that need attention.
