This retreat is for those who are ready to say yes to their life for an adventure of a lifetime. For those fabulous women who are ready to put themselves first and increase their self love. This is not a retreat for those who just want to sunbathe on the beach each day or just do yoga.
This area has the famous Whale’s Tail and is located in Marino Ballena National Park in Uvita, along the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Marino Ballena protects a 9 mile stretch of coastline containing amazing pictureque beaches , mangrove habitat, rainforest and marine life. There are also many water falls close by.

You will be staying at the fabulous “Casa Abundancia” which is a 5 minutes drive from the beach. This is Ru-tee’s dream home that has just been finished. It is build on a foundation of quartz crystals and is a modern jungle sanctuary with five bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, an infinity pool and a labyrinthine garden alive with nature. Toucans, monkeys, butterflies and dragonflies visit daily. Enjoy stunning sea views and magnificent sunsets, perfect for star gazing. On the top floor a spacious roof terrace awaits for transformative sound healing sessions, movement and light flow yoga amidst the jungle.

10:30am: Free time, workshop OR scheduled tour / journal writing / beach day / pool time, hiking , exploration or additional optional activities
1:00pm: Lunch at Casa Abundancia
4:00pm Evening session, transformational breath, restorative yoga or ceremony

With over three decades of experience in health and fitness, She’s like the fairy godmother of wellness.
Ru-tee’s not your average wellness coach. Nope she’s also a certified energetic sound healer and a master of shaking up your cellular memory for some seriously magical transformations. Pus, with certifications in everything from Chek practioner to NLP, she’s got more tools in her kit than Mary Poppins!
Did we mention she used to be the face of Adidas ? Yep Ru-tee knows a thing or two about rocking confidence and style! Plus , she ran her own body transformation program helping people sculpt their dream bodies and feel incredible in their own skin.

Group Transport to & from SJO Airport is included with your reservation. Shuttle will leave SJO Airport at 1pm CDT June 2nd 2024. Shuttle will return to SJO Airport by 1pm CDT June 8th 2024.
Please schedule your flights accordingly. A lot of people like to fly in a day early to get settled in and stayed an extra day to rest. Free shuttles run to and from the following Hotels:
– Hampton Inn Courtyard
– Marriott Holiday Inn
You can easily get Airbnb’s in Costa Rica. We recommend the easy and less stressful option of booking in a hotel. For the more adventurous traveller, you can take a domestic flight* from SJO Airport to Quepos and arrange a taxi or shuttle from there (we can help you arrange the shuttle).
We recommend FlySansa for your domestic flights. The journey is amazing as long as you are ok with the little planes. This journey to Quepos takes 25 minutes and the private taxi will take approximately 1 hour.
Domestic flights are not included in the price of reservation.

Refund Policy
There is a strict no-refund policy on all retreat payments. However, if you are unable to attend, your reservation is transferable to a friend or family member so your good vibes can still be enjoyed.
