I am a energetic sound healer and kinesiologist
Self-development and transformation are one of my passions and I love learning and aspiring to being the best version of myself.
Before coming to Costa Rica, I was running my own London based business in the health and fitness industry working with people for over 30 years and over the years I have helped thousands of people with their health and well-being.
When I was in the UK I was as a high functioning in demand Chek practitioner level II (physical, emotional, and structural) Chek nutritional and lifestyle coach level III, kinesiologist, EFT practitioner, NLP practitioner and coach, functional medicine student (mentoring with Dr Dan Kalish), Landmark education student -advanced Landmark forum, advanced communications, team leadership and management program and a Sound Healer.
My clients we a combination of Athletes, celebrities and entrepreneurs at one time the face of women’s workout and spokesperson for adidas. This led to being featured in multiple media outlets. Also, I used to have a lot of fun running an online body transformation program.
My main focus is now is running retreats for women over 40 who are going through menopause. Teaching them how to navigate this challenging time of life and how to get their Mojo back!
And simply for the joy of it; The Goddess Collection which is sacred jewellery made by moi from feathers and crystals.

My life didn’t always look like this. Seven years ago, I was living in the UK, stressed out, over-worked, and severely unhappy. The funniest thing is, by outward appearances, I looked like I had it made. But the truth is, I hadn’t really met myself. My journey to Costa Rica, the steps I took along the way to heal myself, to connect with others, and to find a higher purpose in life are what bring me the greatest joy now in sharing. I invite you to see me, NOW. A sacred soul having a human experience. A badass lady who doesn’t always know what the next steps will be, but that my soul will guide the way. And a person who loves more than anything to help others.

At the Secret Beach near my home in Costa Rica, splashing with my rescue pup Bam Bam! She loves sploshing in the waves and we both do weekly blue clay masks. After that it’s a full day of fun, community, and more self-care moves.
